Tiddlywinks

This room is registered to take up to 12 babies and toddlers. The room is open plan with the option of a segregated section, designed to safeguard babies from older toddlers whilst allowing them to explore and develop.

Our Tiddlywinks room is set up with a home-corner, several daily changing activities including small world and multi-sensory toys as well as our communication ‘snuggle’ corner. All our children have access to multiple sleep/relaxation areas and we also have dedicated eating and nappy changing areas.

The Tiddlywinks room has direct access to its own enclosed garden with a variety of equipment and activities suitable for the age range it serves.

Skittles

Our skittles room is registered to take up to 30 children. This room is also open plan with free-flow play to all activities including the private enclosed garden.

The room is set up with dedicated areas in which the activities are changed daily. The areas include creativity, mark making, construction, home-corner and communication. Children are able to relax and sleep within our dedicated area or alternatively within our communication area.

This room also boasts a child friendly bathroom area with child sized toilets and sinks and a dedicated nappy changing area.

The large enclosed garden is equipped with a playhouse, climbing frame, ‘urban junk’ area, bikes and scooters and has several inter-changing activities provided that are suited to the season and weather conditions.
